The "Mâcon-Village" is cultivated over 2 hectares on the lower part of the hill of Clessé facing East. Aged for 8 months in stainless tank, the wine is bottled during spring. Fresh with nice acidity and lemon taste, it is very pleasant on fish and cheese.
